Your contract for purchases made through this website is with 3 Seas Deliveries ltd and you undertake that any and all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only unless otherwise stated

No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and 3 Seas Deliveries ltd unless and until 3 Seas Deliveries ltd accepts your order by way of an e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time 3 Seas Deliveries ltd sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by 3 Seas Deliveries ltd of your offer to buy goods from 3 Seas Deliveries ltd or a 3rd party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by 3 Seas Deliveries ltd. This confirmatory e-mail will contain all relevant statutory information concerning your contract. You undertake that all details you provide to 3 Seas Deliveries ltd for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform 3 Seas Deliveries ltd as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected (in particular see below as to your rights to withdraw from the contract) but otherwise all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable. You may also withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched and you have received our email confirming your order but no later than 3 working days from the day after you receive the product by: Sending the notice of cancellation by email to : threeseasgroup@btinternet.com  ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number; Where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to 3 Seas Deliveries ltd unopened together with the original invoice within 7 working days from the date that you received the goods.

3 Seas Deliveries ltd will then refund you the purchase price of the goods less an administration charge. Once 3 Seas Deliveries ltd receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms) any sum debited to 3 Seas Deliveries ltd from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by 3 Seas Deliveries ltd in the condition that they were in when delivered to you.

Payments

Payments are generally paid for in Full if the item is an "off the shelf" product ready for immediate deleivery. We do however accept 50 - 75% deposit (non refundable) as made to order! on Bespoke Pools & Pool Enclosures with the Balance Payable when confirmation has been received from the Factory of Despatch to the Customers Address. Please note Refunds for pools or Enclosures cannot be given once goods have been ordered all bit it of the shelf or Custom made as these are special order items.

Liability

This Liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, 3 Seas Deliveries ltd do not exclude or limit any liability for (a) personal injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from 3 Seas Deliveries ltd's negligence or willful default, or that of 3 Seas Deliveries ltd’s employees, agents or subcontractors or (b) fraudulent misrepresentation. 3 Seas Deliveries ltd does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services. 3 Seas Deliveries ltd will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, 3 Seas Deliveries ltd shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods if found to be a manufacturing fault,or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question (If found to be unpackaged) PROVIDED THAT you notify 3 Seas Deliveries ltd of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail within 10 working days of delivery of the goods.

NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

3 Seas Deliveries ltd do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the 3 Seas Deliveries ltd website or for any products or services purchased from the 3 Seas Deliveries ltd will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.

Processing of orders

Credit and Debit cards are debited using a secure payment facility items are shipped by 3 Seas Deliveries ltd All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated. 3 Seas Deliveries ltd aim to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 5 working days of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Title to any product ordered will pass to you once 3 Seas Deliveries ltd has received payment in full for that product. If your delivery address is outside of the UK you maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. TERMS & CONDITIONS (LOG CABINS)

• Delivery is FREE to any UK mainland England and Wales. Extra charges may apply on some products/destinations (accessories etc. when buying separate ). After you place your order we check the availability of your log cabin or other goods in our stock in Essex, UK and confirm the delivery date. We are committed to getting your order delivered as fast, efficient and as safely as possible. All orders are acknowledged and you will be contacted prior to delivery.
  
• We will dispatch the goods only when the payment is cleared.
  
• We remain the right to make some changes on products without prior announcement.
  
• Please note TERMS; CONDITIONS (LOG CABINS)
  
• Please bear in mind what wood is natural product which bereaves and can slightly change dimensions (up to 2%). That is why, some boards, especially starting from 50 mm, could slightly split by length or thickness. This is nothing to be concerned about and will not affect the cabin structure.
  
• Purchased products cannot be returned back if unpacked.
  We strongly recommend to check all goods/parts in the moment of delivery and make a note if something is incorrect.
  

If you find any parts are broken please inform us immediately. We will change that part as soon as possible and do our best to get it to you in 21 days. Please fill in the checking list (which is together with the assembly instruction) and send it to us.

Base for the log cabins

All cabins require a flat level Base. We recommend a concrete base.

Treatment

Log cabins are not pre-treated due to the nature of their construction and therefore need to be treated within 2 weeks of installation. They will need to be treated with a micro porous wood stain. We recommend treating both the inside and outside as well as applying silicon in the outside joints for extra protection.

Hot tubs

If the cabin is going to be used to house a hot tub, ample ventilation should be provided to reduce the moisture inside the cabin. This also applies if you are going to fit a shower or any other source of moisture.

Insulation of log cabins

Generally the solid wall logs give very good insulation, however, if you use the cabin throughout the winter months the cabins can be insulated below the floor and above the roof. Double glazed windows and doors can also be purchased for certain models.
