For most kits we offer you will simply need a "local" Labourer that can operate a mini digger to dig the hole out. We always say that you should allow for a minimum of 1 foot larger than that of the total diameter of the pool you are purchasing from us. This is to allow for access outside of the pool wall but to also enable you to backfill with little expense afterwards.
